Is it working with a new program every month, workouts with friends, regular weigh ins, or meeting with a trainer a few times a week. It’s very important that you figure this out. We are all different and need different motivators. Very few of
us are self motivated. Admit to yourself your short
comings and try to come up with a plan. As a trainer I love to help. If you are unrealistic about what you can do you will fail. Know yourself.
